In response to our announcement of results dated May 18, 2018, Company has been advised by BSE vide their email dated May 25, 2018 to resubmit the rectified Financial Results after rectification of the observed discrepancies followed by telephonic discussions and read with the Circular No. CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated July 05, 2016 issued by Securities and Exchange Board of India, as desired please find attached rectified copy of Financial Results after insertion of Reconciliation table for Equity, which was missing in the original PDF submitted for your records and reference.
