RIBA TEXTILES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve (a) To take on record the Un-audited Financial results along with Limited review Report of the Statutory Auditor, for the Quarter ended on December 31st, 2018. (b) Any other matter with the permission of Chairman. Further, as per Companys Code of Conduct to regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Insiders of the Company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company will remain closed from February 05, 2019 to February 16, 2019 (both days inclusive) for the Directors / Officers /designated employees including their dependents who are not permitted to deal in the Shares of the Company during the closure of Trading Window.
