RPP INFRA PROJECTS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, this is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 14th February 2019 at 10.30 A.M. onwards inter-alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the company for the quarter ended 31st December 2019 and any other business, if required. In terms of the Code of Insider Trading Regulations of the Company, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed from Thursday, 7th February, 2019 till 48 hours after the results are made public on 14th February 2019 for Designated Persons covered under the said code of the Company.
