Pursuant to Regulation 30 & 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, we are sending herewith the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2018, along with the Limited Review Report as approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. 7th August, 2018. Please also take note that Shri Brij Mohan Sharma, Chief Financial Officer has been co-opted on the Board of Directors of the Company as an Additional Director and designated as Joint Managing Director in the above meeting with immediate effect, subject to the approval of the Members in the General Meeting. A brief profile of Shri Brij Mohan Sharma is attached. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 1.30 P.M. and concluded at 4:45 P.M. Kindly take the same on records.
