RUNGTA IRRIGATION LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/11/2018 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 30th September, 2018. Further, in accordance with the Companys Code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading as per Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 the Trading Window of the company will remain closed from 3rd November, 2018 till the expiry of 48 hours after the date of declaration of the aforestated results.
