In compliance of Regulation 33 read with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclose the Statement of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Half-year ended September 30, 2018, duly reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today. We also enclose a copy of the Limited Review Report of the Auditors of the Company on the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half-year ended September 30, 2018, as required under Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations.
