Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today have considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2018 and also considered the Limited Review Report received from Joint Statutory Auditors for the said period. The same are attached herewith as per the requirement of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Board Meeting commenced at 12.30 P.M. and concluded at 2.20 P.M. Kindly take the same on your records.
