To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Financial year ended March 31, 2019. 2. To change the existing policy for closure of Trading Window 3. Any other matter with the permission of the chair. Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015,the Trading Window has been closed with effect from Thursday, 4th April, 2019 and shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results on 30th May, 2019. During the aforesaid period when the Trading Window is closed, designated persons including Promoters, Directors, connected persons, the insiders and their immediate relatives shall not trade in Companys shares / securities.
