SARDA PROTEINS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 27/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2019 along with Statement of Assets and Liabilities as on March 31, 2019 and to take on record the Auditors Report thereon. Further, in continuation to our disclosure on Closure of Trading Window dated 04th April, 2019 pursuant to the provision of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons please be informed that the trading window for trading in securities of the company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the Code) till Wednesday, 29th May, 2019 (both days inclusive).
