SARDA PROTEINS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 05/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby intimate that 05/2018-19 meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 05th February, 2019 at 04:00 P.M. at the registered office of the Company situated at G-1-177(A), Matsya Industrial Area, Alwar-301030 (Rajasthan) inter alia to approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2018 and to take on record the Limited Review Report thereon.
