Financials We are enclosing herewith the audited financial results (both consolidated and standalone) of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019 as taken on record at the Board Meeting held today. Please also find enclosed a copy of each of the following documents: 1. Auditors Report on (a) standalone and (b) consolidated financial results as per Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. 2. Media release being issued on this occasion. 3. Communication to Analysts on Saskens Business Performance. As provided under Regulation 47(1) (b) of SEBI Listing Regulations, we will be publishing the extract of the audited consolidated financial results in the newspapers. The full format of the Financial Results will be made available on the Companys website (www.sasken.com). We will be uploading the Financial Results on the Stock Exchanges website: BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
