SAT INDUSTRIES LTD.-$has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 07/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter ended December 31, 2018. Further, in accordance with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of Company will remain close from January 31, 2019 to February 9, 2019 (both days inclusive) for all the specified persons mentioned in the Companys Code of Conducts formulated in accordance with the provision of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015.
