SCHAEFFLER INDIA LTDhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 22/10/2018 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on September 30, 2018. Further as per circular issued by BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited dated February 3, 2014 and December 18, 2013, respectively, the exchanges are hereby informed that the Trading Window of the Company is closed from September 22, 2018 and shall remain closed upto October 24, 2018 (both days inclusive) for the above purpose, in compliance with the Companys Code on Prohibition of Insider Trading.
