The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, have considered and approved: 1. the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the First quarter ended June 30, 2018; 2. the appointment of Ms. Bhumika Sood as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer w.e.f. July 27, 2018, pursuant to the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee; 3. the re-appointment of Mr. Vinod Kumar Dhall, Mr. VS Vasudevan and Mr.Ranjan Pant Independent Directors, for a second and final term of 3 years effective from expiry of their current term i.e. from May 21, 2019 till May 20, 2022, based on recommendations made by Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
