SHAH ALLOYS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/08/2018 ,inter alias, to consider and approve Unaudited Quarterly result for the quarter ended as on 30.06.2018. Further, the trading window for dealing in the Companys equity shares by the Directors / designated Employees and their relatives will remain closed from 31 August 2018 to 13 August 2018 (both days inclusive), in terms of the Companys "Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading" read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
