SHAILY ENGINEERING PLASTICS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve and take on record, the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company as per Indian Accounting Standards (IND-AS) for the quarter & nine months ended on December 31, 2018, alongwith other business items. Pursuant to above, the trading window shall remain closed from 09/02/2019 to 16/02/2019 (both days inclusive).
