SHAILY ENGINEERING PLASTICS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/08/2018 ,inter alias, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company as per Indian Accounting Standards (IND-AS) for the quarter ended on June 30, 2018. Pursuant to above, Trading window of the Company shall remain closed from 08/08/2018 to 15/08/2018 (both days inclusive).
