SHALIMAR PAINTS LTD.-$has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/08/2018 ,inter alias, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 47 read with Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, the 10th day of August, 2018, at 3:00 P.M. at the registered office of the Company at Stainless Centre,4th Floor, Plot No. 50, Sector-32, Gurugram, Haryana-122001, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2018. For the above said purpose and as per the Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 3rd August, 2018 (Friday) to 13th August, 2018 (Monday) (both days inclusive) for Directors, Officers and all designated employees of the Company for prevention of Insider Trading.
