Sharda Cropchem Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 24, 2019, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2018 and to consider and declare Interim Dividend, if any, on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company for the Financial Year 2018-19. Further, pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in the shares of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed for all designated employees and connected persons of the Company from January 15, 2019 to January 26, 2019 (both days inclusive).
