We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today approved the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2018. Further Board of Directors at their meeting approved the following resolutions: a) Recommended a final dividend @ 10% on Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each i.e. 50 paise per Equity Share. b) Approved draft Annual Report for the financial year 2017-18. c) Re-appointment of M/s Rai Qimat & Associates, Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditor of the Company subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. d) An Investor Release dated 25th July, 2018 on the financial results.
