SHOPPERS STOP LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/04/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please be informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, April 30, 2019, to consider and approve inter-alia, the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019 and to recommend dividend, if any. Further, please take note that, vide letter no. SEC/01/2019-20 dated April 1, 2019, we have informed you about the closure of Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company by all designated persons and their immediate relatives from April 1, 2019 up to the expiry of two days after the date of declaration of the financial results for the year ended March 31, 2019. You are requested to kindly take the same on records.
