Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, enclosed please find herewith Standalone & Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019, duly approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. April 30, 2019. Further, the Board of Directors in the said meeting has recommended dividend of 15% (i.e. Rs.0.75 per equity share of Rs. 5/- each) for the financial year 2018-19, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. We also enclose herewith the following: 1. Press release issued by the Company; and 2. Auditors Report on Audited Financial Results - Standalone & Consolidated. The Report of the Auditors is with unmodified opinion with respect to Standalone & Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2019. The aforesaid Board Meeting commenced at 2.30 pm and concluded at 8.00 pm.
