Board of Directors of the Company has today approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for Quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2019. Results approved by the Board are enclosed herewith along with Audit Report. Board also recommended final dividend @ Rs. 35/- per equity share of Rs. 10 each for the year ended 31st March, 2019 subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. Pursuant to Regulation 33 (3) (d) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we confirm that the Statutory Auditors have given Audit Reports with unmodified opinion on the Audited Financial Results of the Company (Standalone and Consolidated) for the Year ended 31st March, 2019. The meeting of the Board started at 12.30 P.M. and concluded at 01.40 P.M.
