SHREE CEMENT LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/08/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the Quarter ending on 30th June, 2019. Further, in accordance with the Companys Insider Trading Code, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st July, 2019 to 11th August, 2019 (both days inclusive).
