SHREE RENUKA SUGARS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2018, and appointment of woman director. Further, the Trading Window for trading in the Companys equity shares by the Specified Persons shall remain closed from 7th February, 2019 to 16th February, 2019 (both days inclusive). The Trading Window for trading in the equity shares of the Company shall re-open from 18th February, 2019.
