Shree Renuka Sugars Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 30, 2018 inter alia, to consider and approve the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2018. Further, the "Trading Window" for trading in the Companys equity shares by the Specified Persons shall remain closed from October 23, 2018 to November 01, 2018 (both days inclusive). The Trading Window for trading in the equity shares of the Company shall re-open from November 02, 2018.
