We are enclosing herewith the Statement of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2018 and Limited Review Report on the same. The said Results will be published in one English and a Hindi newspaper within 48 hours of the conclusion of this Board Meeting in accordance with the provisions contained in the Listing Regulations.
