The Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on 22.10.2018 has, inter alia considered and approved the un-audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated Results) of the Company for the quarter & half year ended 30th September 2018 together with the Limited Review Report of the Auditors of the Company. Copies of the aforesaid financial results and limited review reports are attached herewith, which may kindly be taken on record.
