Dear Sir, Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 & Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today (i.e. Thursday, February 14, 2019) has approved the Unaudited Financial Results along with Limited Review Report for the quarter ended December 31, 2018. In this regard, we are enclosing herewith: 1. Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended December 31, 2018. 2. Limited Review Report received from the Statutory Auditor of the Company. The Meeting of the Board commenced at 3.30 p.m. and concluded at 4:30 p.m. The results will be published in the newspaper pursuant to Regulation 47(1)(b) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 in due course.
