Solar Industries India Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 09, 2019, inter alia, to transact the following: 1. To consider and approve the standalone & consolidated audited financial results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2019. 2. To consider and recommend the final dividend, if any, on equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended on March 31, 2019. 3. To fix the day, date & time of 24th Annual General Meeting. 4. To fix the date of Book closure/record date for the purpose of AGM/ Dividend. In terms of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Companys internal code of conduct for prevention of insider trading, the trading window closing period for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company by all designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives has been commenced from April 06, 2019 and will end 48 hours after the financial results are made public on May 09, 2019.
