SPML Infra Limitedhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve and take on record the Audited Consolidated Financial Result of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2019. Pursuant to the Companys Code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading in Securities of the Company, the Trading Window for trading in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed with immediate effect till Forty-Eight (48) hours (i.e. 1st June, 2019) after the declaration of the Consolidated Financial Results for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2019.
