SPML Infra Limitedhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 18/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Standalone Audited Financial Result of the Company for the Fourth Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2019. Further Pursuant to the Companys Code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading in Securities of the Company, the Trading Window for trading in the Securities of the Company was closed with effect from April 08, 2019 and shall remain closed till Forty-Eight (48) hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter/Financial Year ended 31st March, 2019
