SPML Infra Limitedhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 08/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve record the Un-Audited Financial Result of the Company for the Third Quarter ended 31st December, 2018 Further, in terms of the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain close with immediate effect till 10th February, 2019
