In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, SPML Infra Ltd. would like to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company in their Meeting held on 14th November, 2018, inter alia has considered and approved the Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Second (2nd) quarter and Half Year ended 30th September, 2018 along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon.
