SRG HOUSING FINANCE LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve With reference to the above mentioned subject, we wish to inform that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday 29th May, 2019 at 02:00 PM at the registered office of the Company i.e. 321, S.M. Lodha Complex, Near Shastri Circle, Udaipur, Rajasthan to inter-alia consider the following: Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2019 along with report of Auditors thereon. Any other matter as are ancillary or incidental thereto. We further wish to inform that in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, and Companys Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of trading by Designated Persons, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed from April, 3, 2019 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the public announcement of the Audited Financial Results of the Company i.e. till 31st May, 2019.
