SRG HOUSING FINANCE LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/11/2018 ,inter alia, to consider and approve To consider, approve and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2018 along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon. Any other matter as are ancillary or incidental thereto. Further pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Companys Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulation, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed from 30th October 2018 to 16th November 2018 (both days inclusive) for all the Specified Persons as defined in the Companys Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulation, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
