With reference to above mentioned subject, kindly note that some typographical error has been noticed in the Financial Results filed by the company to BSE on 29.05.2019, the figures of Reserve excluding Revaluation Reserve as per Balance Sheet of Previous Accounting Year for the period ended 31.03.2019 left blank should be read as Rs. 4288.64 Lakhs and the figures of 31.03.2018 should read as Rs. 2903.11 Lakhs instead of Rs. 2849.59 Lakhs. Kindly find the revised Financial Results for the quarter and Year ended March 31, 2019 along with Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon in the prescribed format and other enclosures. You are requested to kindly take the above information on record.
