The Board of Directors of the Company, at its 227th Meeting, held on February 12, 2018, has, inter alia, pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations, considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2017. The said Financial Results, along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon, have been enclosed herewith.
