Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulation, 2015, please find enclosed herewith a copy of the Statement of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2018 duly reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today at 2:00 PM, along with a copy of Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
