STAR PAPER MILLS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/08/2018 ,inter alias, to consider and approve We wish to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Star Paper Mills Limited is scheduled to be held on Monday, 13th Aug., 2018 at Kolkata to inter-alia consider and approve the Un-audited financial results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2018. Further, as per the companys Code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading, Trading Window shall remained closed from 6th Aug., 2018 to 15th Aug., 2018 (both days inclusive) in view of above Board meeting.
