Pursuant to Reg.30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Friday the 26th day of October, 2018 had inter-alia: 1. Approved the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2018. The Same together with Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors are attached; The Financial Results will be published in the newspapers and the same would be available on the Companys website. The meeting commenced at 11.30 a.m. and concluded at 3.00 p.m. You are requested to take the same on record.
