Pursuant to the Order dated December 21, 2018 passed by the Honble National Company Law Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench, the Meeting of the Equity Shareholders of the Company was held on February 09, 2019 at 3.00 p.m. at Chandigarh Club, Sector -1, Chandigarh, to approve the Scheme of Amalgamation between Golden Chem-Tech Limited ("Transferor Company") and Stylam Industries Limited ("Transferee Company") and their respective Shareholders and Creditors ("Scheme").
