In terms of Regulation 47(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are submitting the copy of financial results of our Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2018. Kindly note that the above results were approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 11th May, 2018 and the financial results was submitted to the Stock Exchanges on the same day.
