We wish to intimate that other than for the last quarter with respect to financial year 2018-2019, we opt not to submit the Quarterly/Year-to-Date Consolidated Financial Results under Regulation 33(3)(b)(i) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 [LODR] and would be submitting the Standalone Financial Results to the Stock Exchange under Regulation 33(3)(a) of LODR.
