This is to inform you under Regulation 30 and any other Regulation of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company was held on Monday, 12th February, 2018 and the said meeting commenced at 04:00 PM. In the meeting board decided the following matter; 1. Considered and approved the Un-audited financial results of the company for the quarter ended 30th December, 2017.
