In continuation of our earlier letters dated February 01, 2018 & February 05, 2018, on the above cited subject and in pursuance of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are submitting herewith the Un-audited (Standalone) Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter/nine months ended December 31, 2017 and the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors on the above said Financial Results. The Un-audited Standalone financial results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved & taken on record by the Board of Directors of the Company in their meetings held on Tuesday, February 13, 2018.
