Due to system related issues at the NSDL, the Scrutinizer appointed by the Board has not been able to download the details of e-voting from the website of NSDL after the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting. In view of the above, the Company is not in a position to provide the details relating to voting at the Annual General Meeting within forty eight hours of the conclusion of Annual General Meeting. We, therefore, request you that delay in submission of voting results due to aforesaid reason should not be treated as a non-compliance on our part.
