SUMEET INDUSTRIES LTD.-$has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 06/11/2018 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 (1) (a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on Tuesday, 6th November, 2018 at 10:30 A.M. at the registered office of the company at 504, Trividh Chamber, Opp. Fire Station, Ring Road, Surat-395002, inter alia, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and six months ended on 30th September, 2018. Further, the trading window for the dealing in the Companys shares by the directors and designated person of the company will remain closed from 27th October, 2018 till 8th November, 2018, in terms of Companys internal code for prevention of Insider Trading, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
