SUN TV NETWORK LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 02/11/2018 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1. the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2018 (Q2). 2. To consider declaration and payment of Interim Dividend if any, for the financial year 2018-19. In view of the above, the Trading Window for dealing in the Companys shares by the Directors and Designated Employees of the Company will remain closed upto 5th November, 2018, in terms of the Companys Code of Prevention of Insider Trading, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
