SUN TV NETWORK LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/08/2018 ,inter alias, to consider and approve Please take note that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, 10th August, 2018 to consider inter alia, the following: 1. To take on record and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2018 (Q1). 2. To consider declaration and payment of Interim Dividend if any, for the financial year 2018-19. In view of the above, the Trading Window for dealing in the Companys shares by the Directors and Designated Employees of the Company will remain closed upto 13th August, 2018, in terms of the Companys Code of Prevention of Insider Trading, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
